As an innovation and blockchain enthusiast, Houston’s researched and presented on media disruption, tech startups, and gender equity in media. She has developed marketing communications at General Motors, United Way and PetSmart, as well as R&R Partners, and Cramer Krasselt agencies. Houston earned an MA in TV, Radio & Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with emphasis in Digital Entrepreneurship & Innovation, an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Writing & Graphic Design from Eastern Michigan University.
